INTRODUCTION.

1. A 70% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
2. Deposits are non-refundable. If I am required to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. The minimum session duration is 1 hour, with a maximum duration of 2.5 hours.
4. Prices are valid for one (1) client only. Additional participants must be confirmed in advance and will incur an additional fee.
5. Clients are required to inform me of the total number of participants and the gender of each participant prior to the session.
6. Rescheduling requests are accepted up to one day (D-1) before the scheduled session (23:59 WITA).
7. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. Any delay beyond this period will be deducted from the booked session time.
8. For safety reasons, I reserve the right to be accompanied by one person during sessions with male clients.
9. I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or terminate a session should any situation arise that causes me to feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
10. I do not accept readings regarding Health, Death, Idols/Public Figures, Mystical or Supernatural Matters, or requests intended to accuse or identify specific individuals.
11. The meeting location will be selected by me, taking into consideration the comfort, safety, and accessibility of both parties.
12. Tarot is a tool for reflection, insight, and guidance rather than an absolute representation of reality. Any decisions made following a reading remain entirely the client's responsibility.
